Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi silme

S for Freedom hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Bu sayfa neyin silindiğini, neyin kaldığını ve ne kadar sürdüğünü tam olarak anlatıyor.

Silme geri alınamaz. Bulut kaydınız silindikten sonra ilerlemeniz kurtarılamaz. 2.796 bölümlük kampanyada nerede kaldıysanız oradan değil, baştan başlarsınız. Sadece cihaz değiştiriyorsanız hesabınızı silmenize gerek yok — yeni telefonda aynı Google hesabıyla giriş yapmanız yeterli.

Uygulama içinden

En hızlı yol. Oyunu açın, ardından:

Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil

Onay ekranında bir kez daha soracağız. Onayladığınızda hesap ve bulut kaydı anında silinir.

Uygulamayı kurmadan, buradan

Telefonunuz elinizde değilse veya uygulamayı zaten kaldırdıysanız, talebinizi e-posta ile iletebilirsiniz. Konuya Hesap silme yazın ve mesajda kullandığınız Google hesabının e-posta adresini belirtin.

Silme talebi gönder

Talebi doğrulamak için size aynı adresten bir onay e-postası göndeririz. Bu adım, başkasının sizin hesabınızı sildirmesini engellemek içindir.

Ne kadar sürer

Uygulama içinden yapılan silme anında gerçekleşir. E-posta ile gelen talepler doğrulandıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır; uygulamada genellikle birkaç iş günü sürer. İşlem bittiğinde size bildiririz.

Hesabı silmeden veri silme

Yalnızca oyun ilerlemenizi sıfırlamak istiyorsanız hesabınızı silmenize gerek yok: Ayarlar → İlerlemeyi sıfırla yolunu kullanabilirsiniz. Hesabınız açık kalır, kayıt sıfırlanır.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your S for Freedom account at any time. This page sets out exactly what gets deleted, what stays, and how long it takes.

What gets deleted

On-device save	Deleted	Completing deletion in the app also resets the on-device save. Uninstalling removes local app data as well.
1v1 room data	Automatically deleted	Inactive invite rooms and temporary match state are cleaned up within two hours.
Purchase records	Retained	Managed by Google Play; Google controls retention of payment and order records.
Aggregate usage statistics	Retained	Analytics and crash records follow the retention settings of the Firebase project and Google service terms.

Deletion cannot be undone. Once your cloud save is gone, your progress cannot be recovered and you start the 2,796-level campaign from the beginning. If you are only switching phones, you do not need to delete anything — just sign in with the same Google account on the new device.

How to delete

From inside the app

The fastest route. Open the game, then:

Settings → Account → Delete account

We ask once more on a confirmation screen. After you confirm, the account and cloud save are deleted immediately.

From here, without installing the app

If you no longer have the phone or have already uninstalled the app, send us the request by email. Use Account deletion as the subject and include the email address of the Google account you signed in with.

Send a deletion request

We reply from the same address to confirm the request. This step stops someone else from having your account deleted.

How long it takes

Deletion from inside the app is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days of verification, usually within a few working days. We let you know when it is done.

Deleting data without deleting the account

If you only want to reset your progress, you do not need to delete your account: use Settings → Reset progress. The account stays, the save is cleared.
